1. Introduction
Welcome to TicketRoot, a product of Root ID Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, including event ticketing, badging, on-ground print services, event app features, personalized agendas, networking tools, lead scanning, live polling, Q&A, and managed event services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions
- "User" refers to event attendees, organizers, exhibitors, and other individuals using TicketRoot.
- "Organizer" refers to the entity hosting an event using TicketRoot.
- "Service" refers to all features, platforms, and products offered by TicketRoot, including event ticketing, registration, check-in, networking, and lead capture.
- "Third-Party Services" refers to payment gateways, partner APIs, and other integrations provided by external entities.
- "Exhibitor" refers to event participants showcasing products, services, or brands at an event.
- "Managed Services" refers to our hands-on support for event execution, including live polling, Q&A, tech support, exhibitor assistance, and customized event solutions.
3. Eligibility & Account Usage
- Users must be 18 years or older to register or use TicketRoot services.
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information during account registration and event participation.
- Organizers are responsible for ensuring that their events comply with local and international regulations.
- Users must not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to their accounts.
- TicketRoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraudulent activities, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
4. Services & Features
TicketRoot provides event ticketing, check-in, badge printing, exhibitor support, live event assistance, custom integrations, lead scanning, live polling, and networking solutions.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Uptime Guarantee: TicketRoot guarantees 99.9% uptime.
- Support Response Time:
- Live Event Support: Real-time assistance for managed events.
- Technical Support: Standard inquiries will be responded to within 6 business hours.
- Failover & Backup: We have redundant backup systems to ensure minimal disruption.
6. Payments, Refunds & Disputes
- TicketRoot does not process payments directly; transactions are managed via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- Refunds are subject to the organizer’s refund policy.
- No-refund policy applies to digital ticket purchases unless specified otherwise.
7. Data Privacy & Security
TicketRoot does not sell or share personal data except as required for event functionality. Organizers must obtain proper user consent for additional data collection beyond TicketRoot’s core services.
8. Intellectual Property
All TicketRoot trademarks, brand assets, and proprietary software are owned by Root ID Private Limited. Users may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or sublicense any TicketRoot materials without written consent.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
- Users agree not to:
- Use TicketRoot for illegal or unauthorized activities.
- Upload or share malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content.
- Engage in fraudulent ticketing, reselling, or unauthorized access to events.
10. Liability & Indemnification
- TicketRoot shall not be held liable for loss of data, financial losses, or indirect damages resulting from platform use.
- Organizers and exhibitors assume full responsibility for data collection, processing, and lead usage.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, before any court proceedings.
